I am so impressed with all the work they did at our home. We had a sizeable amount of work done and the only thing I can say that I wish I could change is to have them back in the house. We have built homes in the past and the builders we used always in some way were disappointing. MTG is very professional, responded immediately to questions, always on time and on site when they said they would be there. Jenelle is probably the biggest asset MTG has on their staff, she was a huge help in the selection process and accompanied us to all selection appointments and made great recommendations. I now have a kitchen I love after 18 years. MTG turned my ugly duckling into a swan. I almost forgot to add that my new hardwood floors installed on the first floor are beautiful. The contractor who worked with MTG did such a beautiful job and worked with our schedule to get the job done. Thank you.

After interviewing several companies for the job, we chose Maile and could not be happier. I have six kids and it was important to me that I could trust the people coming into my home. Our remodel essentially gutted the first floor living area. I chose Maile on the recommendations of friends who were happy with their work. I couldn't be happier with the final product. My house is new construction in an historic neighborhood. It blends in so well with the other houses that most people ask if it was a renovation of an old house. The interior finish work is beautiful. I receive compliments on it all the time, especially from those in the building industry.

Thank you for the complete remodel on our home. This project was challenging for us as literally 80% of the house was gutted, architecturally changed and rebuilt or reinforced interior and exterior, walls extended, fireplaces removed and rebuilt, painting throughout, and major rooms such as kitchen, bathrooms, family room, garage, and bedrooms all transformed. We love the result, our home. Project was managed from all aspects with focus on timeline and budgeted costs, with quality being the theme – no shortcuts. Great Job!

We chose Maile for the first floor remodel because the scope and complexity of the job required a real professional. We needed someone who could coordinate the subcontractors, timing, materials, and see the big picture. We wanted the expertise that Maile could offer and the quality work that they would bring to add value to our home. From the start, Maile was an integral part of the vision and design process for our project. We chose Maile for the second project (the basement) because we were so pleased with their previous work and they offered a competitive bid. In both our projects, the crew was always courteous, clean, and nice to have in the home. Their quality, integrity, and personal attention sets them apart from their competitors. Addition/first floor remodel and basement finish
I wanted to send Maile a note of thanks. Almost five years ago, Maile remodeled a bathroom for us. We experienced some problems with the shower in the last six to eight months, and decided to call the technical personnel to ask their advice. We really did not know what the problem was, only that we needed to address it.
Mike found the problem and fixed it at no cost to us, and I know it was an inconvenience to him. He made it seem like it was not a problem, and that he was glad to help. Mike finished the repairs that we had started. This we greatly appreciated.
Again, we want to thank Maile for taking care of a problem that was not their responsibility.
Bathroom remodel
We had a very positive experience with our remodel. First, you met the committed time frame and stayed within our budget. Jenelle was extremely helpful with all of our selections. I would have gone crazy without her help! We had a few issues with our older home. The Maile team was quick to communicate and provide solutions. Michael, Scott and the team contacted us often but did not overwhelm us with issues that did not need our input. Our neighbors have complimented Maile on multiple occasions for how clean and considerate they were during the project. Everyone on the Maile team was great to work with and we could not be happier with the outcome!
