We chose Maile for the first floor remodel because the scope and complexity of the job required a real professional. We needed someone who could coordinate the subcontractors, timing, materials, and see the big picture. We wanted the expertise that Maile could offer and the quality work that they would bring to add value to our home. From the start, Maile was an integral part of the vision and design process for our project. We chose Maile for the second project (the basement) because we were so pleased with their previous work and they offered a competitive bid. I wanted to send Maile a note of thanks. Almost five years ago, Maile remodeled a bathroom for us. We experienced some problems with the shower in the last six to eight months, and decided to call the technical personnel to ask their advice. We really did not know what the problem was, only that we needed to address it.
Mike found the problem and fixed it at no cost to us, and I know it was an inconvenience to him. He made it seem like it was not a problem, and that he was glad to help. Mike finished the repairs that we had started. This we greatly appreciated.
