Maile, Tekulve & Gray recognizes that over the past 64 years since our inception, the construction industry has become much more ‘specialized’. We are primarily known for ‘residential remodeling’ and we’re proud of that reputation.

However, we have always built beautiful custom homes; we’ve developed land from farm land to commercial and residential building lots; and yes, we’ve produced great commercial projects, as well.

Our commercial resume includes both renovation and new construction of professional office buildings, convenience stores, storage and warehouse buildings, veterinary offices, retail stores, and, one of our primary commercial specialties is Dental Offices, primarily because there are so many details required.

Dentists don’t see patients in a drywalled room with a sink, they practice in “operatories” with multi-faceted delivery systems that include intricate design, installation expertise and a great deal of attention to detail. In addition, Dental offices require a variety of custom cabinets that are integrated with dental specific equipment, and we have developed the skills to provide an exceptional product without all of the cost associated with “dental cabinets”.
