It has been 2 years since our project was finished and we still love everything about the renovations. So often you hear remodel horror stories but not in our case. It was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Every member of the team was knowledgeable and great to work with. The level of professionalism with the project was amazing. Our remodel essentially gutted the first floor living area. I chose Maile on the recommendations of friends who were happy with their work. Our experience with Maile was just as positive—I found them to be professional, accommodating, and talented. Our project manager went above and beyond the call of duty on everything, and it was obvious that the crew cared about the finished product just as much as we did. We also had the pleasure of working with Jenelle, Maile’s interior designer, who helped us choose the perfect styles for our home. Maile is unique in that they offer true craftsmanship and quality that is so rare. Their reputation is one of high quality and personal service, and they certainly delivered on both parts. Thank you for the complete remodel on our home. This project was challenging for us as literally 80% of the house was gutted, architecturally changed and rebuilt or reinforced interior and exterior, walls extended, fireplaces removed and rebuilt, painting throughout, and major rooms such as kitchen, bathrooms, family room, garage, and bedrooms all transformed. We love the result, our home. Project was managed from all aspects with focus on timeline and budgeted costs, with quality being the theme – no shortcuts. Great Job!
