I wanted to send Maile a note of thanks. Almost five years ago, Maile remodeled a bathroom for us. We experienced some problems with the shower in the last six to eight months, and decided to call the technical personnel to ask their advice. We really did not know what the problem was, only that we needed to address it.
Mike found the problem and fixed it at no cost to us, and I know it was an inconvenience to him. He made it seem like it was not a problem, and that he was glad to help. Mike finished the repairs that we had started. This we greatly appreciated.
Again, we want to thank Maile for taking care of a problem that was not their responsibility.
